Available spaces include a stately Reception Room, two smaller Studio Rooms, and a Conference Room. Brawner Hall is located at 3180 Atlanta Road SE in Smyrna.
Brawner Hall Kitchen
Brawner Hall Reception Room 1The Reception Room is available for rent and can accommodate 85-95 guests. It features hardwood flooring, large windows, a well-equipped warming kitchen, built-in sound system, and a display screen for audiovisual presentations.

Brawner Hall Studio If the Reception Room is more space than you need, Brawner Hall also offers two smaller Studio rooms (A and B) for smaller parties and showers.

Brawner Hall PorchBrawner Hall Front DriveThe inviting front porch on the east facade of Brawner Hall can serve as an outside mingling area. If your guest list includes more than will fit in the Reception Room, we can set up additional tables and chairs for you here. A horse-drawn carriage (hired separately) can pull up on the brick drive directly in front of the door.

Brawner Hall Sitting RoomBrawner Hall LobbyThe first floor lobby maintains the character of the historic building. To the right is the Reception Room, and to the left are the two Studio Rooms and the Conference Room. In this same entry area is a pleasant sitting room for a bridal suite, grooms room, showers and parties.
